Matthew McConaughey had to go shirtless in his new movie so producers could spend more money on goats.
The 'Surfer, Dude' actor - who is topless throughout the whole film - says the $6million budget could not accommodate him a full wardrobe because of a need for the animals on set.
He said: "Me not wearing a t-shirt allowed us to have eight more goats. I own about 20 of them, but we had to call up certain friends and wranglers that had them around for the other 280.
"We found this company, Goats R Us, who hire out their goats to come clean and mow your field, so it's a real deal.
"And they'll eat anything - they'll eat a tin can, they'll eat a leaf, they even climb trees. Did you know that?"
The 'Fool's Gold' star admits he loved the experience of being only partially-clothed during the movie - particularly during scenes where his surfer character attends a business meeting.
He added: ""That was great fun. It was great. To be able to make it and be able to play a surfer, one, that makes sense in that V-necks and the surfing don't really work. But number two, shoot it in Malibu California during the summer. I was the easiest, most fun wardrobe I've ever had. So simple."
